I remember my own Coach asking me the following question:

“If this wasn’t a thing, what would be possible? What could you create?”

The “thing” she was referring to was my life-long war with my body and always feeling like I needed to lose weight...because THEN things would change. I was stuck there, for years, believing I needed to lose weight in order to live the life I wanted to live. I found great personal power as I learned how to get out of my own way. How did I do that? My Coach helped me create new habits that were more in alignment with how I wanted to feel and what I wanted my life to look like. I was able to discover how to sit proudly in the drivers seat of my relationship with food and body.

This is my desire now as a Coach…to help people get out of their own way just enough to see what’s possible…right now…not 20lbs from now!
