on CRAVE: "I learned so much about myself in these 8 weeks. I learned about how much sugar I was actually eating and not realizing that that was the heart of my relationship with food. I learned that I was eating sugar to help me stay awake. Now, I only have sugar when it is an indulgence and when I know it is going to be completely worth it! At the end of it all was the holidays. Everyone's least favorite time of the year for eating. As I sat at my brothers house for thanksgiving and Christmas and listened to everyone complaining about how full they were and just rubbing their bellies. I sat there with a smile on my face. For the first time in about 20 years I did not have that feeling. In all honesty CRAVE changed me. In ways that I never thought could be changed."

I've worked along side many coaches in my 10 years in the fitness industry, and Stephanie is a stand out as a coach who can take peoples understanding of their minds and bodies to a deeper level.
